We are grateful for your support of our schools. Your kind contributions can make a huge difference in the lives of many children in Uganda.
About Buddhist Peace Schools
The Buddhist Peace School stands as a non-denominational, independent, and co-educational institution encompassing nursery, primary, and secondary education. Recognized by the Ministry of Education and Sports of Uganda, our school holds the distinction of being a harmonious blend of different entities: the Buddhist Peace Pre-School, Buddhist Peace Primary School, and the Buddha Secondary School. These schools are firmly rooted in both Buddhist principles and African values, serving as the foundation for all our ethical and educational approaches.

PEACE FOR ALL: We aspire to create a world where peace is sought and realized for every individual, within and beyond the walls of our schools.

The Buddhist Peace Schools are committed to bringing forth knowledge and wisdom by way of training the head, heart, hands, and promoting health and happiness (5H).

Student Life and Activities
Fieldwork generally means very careful observation, recording of information (e.g. through sketching and describing the features, patterns and processes that make up the environment).
At a Buddhist Peace School, Buddhist Peace Preschool, and African Buddhist High School, we don’t make children into slaves of paper-pencil work. When almost all over a large and vibrant learning environment meditation, computer training, briquette making, sewing machine skills, and organic farming have all been the areas of focus that bear the cornerstone values of mindfulness, compassion, selfless service and obuntu bulamu.
